Ensure all ingredients meet the highest standards for freshness and quality. Collaborate with frontofhouse staff to enhance the overall guest experience. Maintain an organized, efficient, and sanitary workspace. Manage inventory and communicate supply needs proactively. Uphold presentation and service standards for every seating.
