Class A CDL Driver – Solo 5

OTR • 5 Days Out • Lexington, KY

Double Nickel Logistics LLC, an Amazon Freight Partner, is hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for our Solo 5 OTR position.

Compensation

• $1,500–$1,600 per week guaranteed
• 60-hour weekly guarantee
• $78,000–$83,200 average annual earnings
• Paid weekly
• Additional bonus opportunities may be available based on eligibility

The Position

This is a Solo 5 OTR position with a consistent 5-days-out schedule . Drivers operate dedicated Amazon freight within the Amazon Freight Partner network using sleeper tractors and Amazon-provided equipment and technology.

You will be responsible for safely transporting freight between designated locations while providing dependable service and maintaining compliance with all DOT and company requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and professionally
• Transport Amazon freight on assigned routes
• Complete primarily drop-and-hook, no-touch freight
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Use electronic logging and other required technology
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
• Follow all DOT, company, and Amazon Freight Partner safety requirements
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and work environment

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Class A CDL
• Safe driving record and acceptable MVR
• Current DOT physical
• Must be able to pass required drug and background screening
• No current CDL suspension or revocation
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to use a smartphone and required driver technology
• Must be willing and able to work the 5-days-out OTR schedule
• Reliable and professional work ethic
